Grief is a natural response to loss and every one of us has experienced grief over the losses that occur in our lives, and even subtle losses in life can trigger a sense of grief. We often associate grieving with the death of a loved one, but any loss can cause grief, even anticipatory grief which occurs before an impending loss.

Hi, I’m Cyril Earle Horrell Jr. but almost everyone calls me Ceejay.
A family man, I was born in the sun-kissed, twin-island republic of Trinidad and Tobago, and now I live in Ontario Canada, but somehow I don’t think that’s necessarily what you’re interested in knowing.
I think we can agree that the question we’re usually hoping to get answered from the “about me” page is whether or not this person can really help me, is this person worth our time and attention?
For many of you reading this, I’d have to say the answer is NO.
You see unless you’re ready to make the difficult but rewarding journey from coping to healing you won’t be open to joining me on the journey towards freedom from emotional pain.
